With our varied workout program, you'll never get bored. New challenges and fresh routines await you at every step to keep your motivation high! And remember, consistency is far more important than perfection!

The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals. For general fitness, aim for at least 3 to 4 days per week. If you're focusing on weight loss or building muscle, you may need to train 5 to 6 days a week. As part of our 6-week workout program, we offer a 5-day per week training plan, alternating between upper and lower body workouts to maximize your results. Consistency is key – remember, results come from both your efforts in the gym and your commitment to a healthy lifestyle!
